This team is smart, has skills, and good hearts, hard to find all three these days. Unusual work, moved a playset, they knew what to do, took extra care to make sure everything was set up and safe for the kids. Great crew, clean language, … More on time, great communicator, problem solvers. So glad I found them.

They helped us move from Southern California to Utah. Marcus was great! He helped us moved from a two story condo to a house and towed our car as well. They loaded everything and we were able to leave them on their own to load our stuff … More into the truck. It was nice not having to supervise and wait with them.
They also arrived a day later so we were never without our things. When they arrived, they unloaded our thing, hooked up our fridge waterline and washer and dryer, and set all the furniture where it was supposed to go.
    I highly recommend this company.

Austin, Noah, and Dylan did a great job! They showed up on time and moved a new sewing cabinet from the store to my home, in the basement. They unpacked it and took away all the packaging material. They moved an oversized futon out of … More my basement and took it away for me, and also moved some miscellaneous furniture within my home. They were careful not to leave any marks on my newly painted walls and refinished floors. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Anywhere Movers and its been a great experience every time. Very friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Moving Storage options

Moving from one home to another often involves a delicate dance of timing. You may find yourself in need of temporary storage solutions to bridge the gap between leaving your old residence and settling into your new one. In this guide, we'll explore the various moving storage options available to help you manage this transitional phase with ease and efficiency.

1. Self-Storage Units:

Self-storage facilities are a popular choice for those in need of short-term storage during a move. These units come in various sizes, allowing you to select one that suits your needs. They provide a secure and climate-controlled environment for your belongings. When choosing a self-storage facility, consider its proximity to your old and new homes for convenient access.

2. Portable Storage Containers:

Portable storage containers, such as those offered by companies like PODS or U-Haul, offer a flexible solution. These containers can be delivered to your old home, allowing you to load your belongings at your own pace. Once packed, the company will transport the container to your new address or a storage facility of your choice. This option can be particularly useful for those who prefer to pack gradually or have a gap between moving out and moving in.

3. Full-Service Storage:

Full-service storage providers offer a comprehensive solution for your storage needs. They typically handle the packing, transportation, and storage of your belongings. This option is ideal for those who want a hands-off approach to storage during a move. It's convenient and often includes professional packing services.

4. Moving Company Storage:

Many moving companies offer storage services as part of their comprehensive moving packages. If you're hiring a moving company for your relocation, inquire about their storage options. They may have secure storage facilities where your items can be stored temporarily until you're ready to move them to your new home.

5. Warehouse Storage:

Some moving and storage companies have large warehouse facilities where they can store your belongings. This option is suitable for those who need long-term storage or have substantial items to store. Warehouses are typically secure and climate-controlled.

6. Garage or Attic Storage:

If you're moving to a temporary location, such as a rental home or a friend's place, consider utilizing their garage or attic for storage. This option can save you money on external storage fees, but be sure to use appropriate protective measures to safeguard your belongings from dust and damage.

Conclusion:

Moving storage options come in various shapes and sizes, catering to different needs and preferences. When choosing the right storage solution for your move, consider factors like the duration of storage, the size of your items, and your budget. By selecting the option that aligns with your unique circumstances, you can ensure a smooth and well-organized transition during your move.
